Axis Community Health purchased a portion of an existing office and warehouse building in the Hacienda Business Park. The 24,000 square foot building in Pleasanton, California will support primary care services, mental health counseling, and activities. The new facility will have 28 exam rooms and 6 mental health counseling rooms, administrative offices, a pharmacy, lab, a conference center, and additional areas related to outpatient medical services, including enrollment services. The project includes installing new infrastructure for all Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems. The site is being enhanced by creating an entry plaza, outdoor patio, and a variety of seating spaces.
