Rohnert Park Health Center

This project consisted of a tenant improvement of approximately 35,000 SF to expand services for Petaluma Health Center in Rohnert Park. The new Health Center occupies the second floor in an existing two story office building originally designed as a call center. The tenant improvements included replacing the entire existing HVAC system with a new OSHPD 3 compliant system, as well as adding an emergency generator to support the new use. The programming includes family practice, dental, wellness programs, behavioral health services, administration, and an on-site laboratory and pharmacy. Each medical pod is served by an integrated Care Team Room containing 12 staff members. The facility is anticipated to receive 100,000 patient visits per year.
