The property was purchased and improvements made to rebrand the property for potential tenants. The effort included substantial redesign of the exterior fascade, accessibility and infrastructure improvements as well as recapturing an existing parking garage that had been filled in during past remodels. The building was left as a warm shell with the interior removed for future tenants. After project completion the building was successfully lease and is currently occupied with medical tenants.
